A trailer for the K9 series premiered at a TV conference this week. As of
publication time you can find it embedded on http://www.doctorwhonews.com and it
should remain on youtube for a while. We have been advised that it is a rough
cut of the trailer and things will be cleaned up later. That is also not K9's
final voice. Some critical reviews were savage but I liked the trailer. K9 is
not a Doctor Who show. It is a kids show aimed at the modern market. And while
we won't know till the episodes air, the trailer looks better than most modern
kids TV programming. Count me in as hopeful.

discuss the latest in Doctor Who, Torchwood, and Sarah Jane in a fairly amusing
manner.
Current episodes:
#131 - "The Sweet Serenade Of Sarcastor" - Steven returned to the cast after a
covert CIA mission. But the only Who news at the time was the absence of a
premiere time for Planet Of The Dead. Could the episode find a plot?
#132 - "The Bigger They Are" - Midweek mini-episode where the RFS hosts explore
the rise and fall of their favorite TV show during the course of the 1980s.
Coming This Weekend:
#133 - Voyage Of The Damned will make its Canadian premiere - in French. The K9
show now has a trailer. We know when Planet Of The Dead will air. But when will
Canada get a warm, sunny day?
DWO Whocast http://www.thewhocast.com
Current episode:
Whocast episode 354. An episode of the Whocast from 2014 falls through time and
intercepts the current podcast feed. Content - well, it would be spoilers to
discuss the future. But the episode is there and ready. Warning - listening to
information from the future leaves you open to having your brain wiped by future
time agents who want to suppress information on events that have not happened
yet. Listen at your own risk.
Tin Dog Podcast http://www.tin-dog.co.uk
Weekly UK based podcast looking at the latest in Doctor Who, Torchwood, or Sarah
Jane Adventures. New episodes ever 2 weeks or so.

West, Dave AC, Colin, and other Doctor Who fans liked the live Doctor Who:
Podshocks so much that they wanted to keep talking afterwards. The resulting
show covers Doctor Who, anything else sci-fi related, and can go wildly off in
all directions. Chats open 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Current episode - CosPlay. Samantha (Romana 2, host of The Wailing Fangirl
podcast) is our expert in the world of CosPlay, where people make costumes as
their favorite anime/other fictional characters and meet up.
Upcoming episodes:
Sunday 2PM EDT/11AM PDT/7PM BST - Being Human/Primeval/Open Mike Day
12 April - To Be Announced
19 April - if a Doctor Who: Podshock Live episode airs to discuss Planet Of The

that day.

Bigger On The Inside http://www.earth-2.net
Mike and Dan decide to do their own podcast exploring each Doctor Who story in
broadcast order. It is a very different style from Jonathan's. Again - can they
pull it off? Part of the Earth-2 family of podcasts. Warning - explicit language
(swearing). If your headphones leak any sound at all - do not listen at work.
Current episode - 10. The Crusade and The Space Museum. Mike and Dan still like
Vicki. And they love the 4 episode story format.
A Whovian's Quest http://www.whovianquest.com
Jonathan Rainer is podcasting his experiences as he watches Doctor Who. In
original broadcast order. From 1963. Without a gap. Can he pull it off?
Current episode - 13 - The Web Planet. Includes an update on the delays in the
interactive website Jonathan is planning.
Hoo On Who http://whoonwho.com
Fan reviews of recent Doctor Who DVDs.
Current episode - Ghostlight.
Coming soon - The Five Doctors (version of the DVD not mentioned, suppose it
could be both releases). Guest co-host Steve Distasi, previously heard on the
review for The Tomb Of The Cybermen.
Two Minute Time Lord http://twominutetimelord.com
Episodes are 2 to 3 minutes long.
Current Episodes
13 - The Hugo Awards. Current Who boss Russell T. Davies vs. future Who boss
Steven Moffat. Who should win?
14 - K9, The Unfinished Trailer. From what we've seen so far, K9 looks good to
this podcast host. A great show ... for its intended audience.

projects (Sapphire and Steel, Stargate (!), Dark Shadows, Bernice Summerfield,
etc).

service will work for the new 8th Doctor/Lucie Miller Big Finish epsiodes this
year.
MMM Commentaries http://www.mmmcommentaries.com
Roving Australian podcasting gang. Some episodes are a discussion of the latest
sci-fi news, including Doctor Who. Other episodes are commentaries on Doctor Who
episodes, Star Wars films, some Stargate stuff, and others.
Current episodes - Terror Of The Zygons, pts 3 and 4.
The Two Doctors http://www.blogtalkradio.com/thetwodoctors
call in number (718) 664-9807
Jim Iaccino and Kenn Gold look at the latest SciFi broadcasts in the US, with
emphasis on fitting in Doctor Who, Dollhouse, Terminator, Smallville,
Supernatural, Fringe, and the other big scifi shows of the moment. Everything is
based on US premiere dates rather than UK. Approximately 90 minutes per episode.
Show airs live with a text chat and can be downloaded later.
Next episode - Late Sunday Midnight EDT/9PM PDT/5AM BST - Terminator is almost
over. Dollhouse is just beginning (though its ratings spell doomhouse). And
probably a complaint about SciFi not scheduling the Doctor Who specials yet.
TV Talk Radio http://blogtalkradio.com/shaunomacradio
Weeknights 6 to 8PM EDT (3 to 5PM PDT) [Friday 7PM EDT/4PM PDT]
Shaun O'Mac Daily (of the Jericho "nuts" campaign) hosts a daily 2 hour show
